DEFINITIONS: In this License, unless the context is otherwise required, the following expressions will have the following meanings.

The term "Software" means the Jindent program package that was delivered with this license agreement. Depending on the license you have obtained this can be the "Jindent" program package, the restricted "Jindent Trial" program package or the "30-Days Evaluation" program package.

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE. BY USING THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS LICENSE, YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED TO USE THE LICENSED SOFTWARE; IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PURCHASED THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, PROMPTLY RETURN THE LICENSED SOFTWARE TO THE PLACE WHERE YOU OBTAINED THEM AND YOUR MONEY WILL BE REFUNDED.

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY NEGOTIATED AND EXECUTED A LICENSE FOR THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, OR A PRIOR VERSION OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE WHICH LICENSE BY ITS TERMS SPECIFICALLY COVERS YOUR USE OF UPDATES TO THE LICENSED SOFTWARE, THE TERMS OF THAT EXECUTED LICENSE WILL CONTINUE TO CONTROL YOUR USE OF THE LICENSED SOFTWARE.

COMMERCIAL SINGLE USER LICENSE

This license applies to the commercial single user license of the software. If you have a commercial site license of the software, see the section below titled "Commercial Site License". If you have a non-commercial single user license of the software, see the section below titled "Non-commercial Single User License". If you have a restricted trial version of the software, see the section below titled "Restricted Trial License". If you have a 30-days evaluation license of the software, see the section below titled "30-Days Evaluation License".

By using or installing the software, you agree to all of the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this license, then do not use, or install the software.

The software may be used under this license by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers. This is not a concurrent use license.

The software may be accessed through a network, provided that you have obtained a single user license for each individual user who will access the software through the network. For instance, if 8 different users will access the software through the network, each user must have his own single user license, regardless of whether all users use the software at different times or concurrently.

You may not distribute this software to a third party. You may not attempt to rent, lease, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer this software.

You may not make the software available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use the software in a business to provide source code transformation or beautification services to others.

COMMERCIAL SITE LICENSE

This license applies to the commercial site license of the software. If you have a commercial single user license of the software, see the section above titled "Commercial Single User License". If you have a non-commercial license of the software, see the section below titled "Non-commercial Single User License". The software may be used under this license by an unlimited number of persons who uses the software personally on one or more computers and who are members or employees of the institution or the company the license is registered to. The software may be used under this license within a single site which means a geographic location in which you conduct business, with a radius of no more than five (5) miles.

The software may be accessed through a network concurrently within the site.

You may not distribute this software to a third party. You may not attempt to rent, lease, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer this software.

You may not make the software available to others in connection with a service bureau, application service provider, or similar business, or use the software in a business to provide source code transformation or beautification services to others.

NON-COMMERCIAL SINGLE USER LICENSE

This license applies to the non-commercial single user license of the software. If you have a commercial single user license of the software, see the section above titled "Commercial Single User License". If you have a commercial site license of the software, see the section above titled "Commercial Site License". If you have a restricted trial version of the software, see the section below titled "Restricted Trial License". If you have a 30-days evaluation license of the software, see the section below titled "30-Days Evaluation License".

If you have a 30-days evaluation license of the software, see the section below titled "30-Days Evaluation License".

This license applies to the 30-days evaluation license of the software. If you have a commercial single user license of the software, see the section above titled "Commercial Single User License". If you have a commercial site license of the software, see the section above titled "Commercial Site License". If you have a non-commercial single user license of the software, see the section above titled "Non-commercial Single User License". If you have a restricted trial version of the software, see the section above titled "Restricted Trial License".

By using or installing the software, you agree to all of the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this license, then do not use, or install the software.

The software may be used under this license by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers. This is not a concurrent use license.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY FOR THE PROGRAM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. EXCEPT WHEN OTHERWISE STATED IN WRITING THE COPYRIGHT HOLDERS AND/OR OTHER PARTIES PROVIDE THE PROGRAM "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
